By commissioning me you agree to these terms of service, failing to follow these rules will result in a permanent OR temporary blacklisting from ever commissioning me again, please make sure to read them.
GENERAL
★ By commissioning me, you agree to give me permission for using your commission as an example on my gallery
★ PLEASE, be aware that my estimated turnaround may vary from commission to commission! Some take a week or less and others can take up to a month! I always try to work fast on my queue, so I appreciate a lot If you have patience with me!
★ Send clear NOT shaded references, no descriptions [by this you avoid the risk of me denying your commission]
★ I reserve the right to deny your commission if I am unable to do it for any reason.
★ You are not allowed to use my artwork as yours to make any profit with it without my written explicit permission (Making merchandise and selling it).
ask for Commercial use!
★ No work made by me may be used in any blockchain-related technology. This includes NFTs, Cryptocurrency, and related future technologies.
refunds & payments
★Prices are in EURO, please make sure to send them as such!★ The payment must be sent Upfront.★ I DO NOT make refunds! PayPal mexico is really difficult, payments are sent directly to the bank, there is no PayPal balance here, PLEASE keep that in mind.★ I only accept Paypal or Bank Transfer If you're from Mexico★ wait for me to reply by accepting to make the commission!★ Excessive amount of changes during the commission process can be charged★ There will be NO changes after the commission has been finished.★ I can accept short term payment plans for commissions over +150€
ON MY DESIGNS
★ you can make changes to the design, but it is forbidden to remove my credit.★ You can re-post the artwork you've received to display as yours, however you are bound to always give proper credit to me.★ Designs can be resold either you purchased them from me or another user.★ Can be gifted.★ Please wait at least a bit before you re-sell/Trade★ If the design does not have extra commissioned art, it is forbidden to sell it for more than what you have paid for it.★ The design must always come with the original artwork, either adoptable, custom, etc.
